*Prices are worked out very precisely to cover the expenses of running small group sizes in remote areas of an amazing country. Flying is often the only means of travel which tends to raise the cost of doing trips, but the experiences you will have in PNG will definitely more than make up for the price.

Papua New Guinea is one of the most economically volatile countries in the world, but is exquisite in cultural diversity, natural history and panoramic vistas.

We run trips quite unlike many companies. We cover our costs with little extra profit, but by keeping the local people employed, we are able to give more to the communities we work with (in wages) and are often the main financial support for the community through employment opportunities that wouldn't normally be available in these remote locations.

Our eco tourism trips are the sole income alternative to logging in these remote communities, paying mainly for the children's expensive schooling fee's and expensive medical evacuations/treatment.

We have no qualms about transparency in our spending, as it helps people to understand the cost of running a remote location trip in beautiful Papua New Guinea.

For a trip cost of 8500 AU$ per person and assuming the minimum client # of 6pax is reached, we have approximately 102000 Kina to work with. Our total expenses for running this trip safely with only 6 clients; totals approximately 101058 Kina. Using this example, one can see the income is not high, but allows us to contribute to the lives of many in an area restricted by access, which to us, is worth the investment into the future survival of these special places.
